Spike P1

This is the first part of a mini series thing I came up with that I've been wanting to do this for a really long time (you'll see why in part 2). The character's name is Spike. In a nutshell, he's just an awesome guy. He represents my version of an ideal partner from the inside out. In this sketch he's waiting to give his boyfriend a bath, but reads through him and figures out something's wrong. Also, given how large his boyfriend is and how narrow their tub is I gave him a freakishly long brush, I'd imagine he'd need it to get around him haha.

Spike: (Turns on the water) What are you waiting for, babe? Come in the tub, I’ll give you a bath!

Boyfriend: (Sigh) Coming.

Spike: Everything alright? You seem down.

Boyfriend: Everything’s fine…

Spike: Don’t want a bath?

Boyfriend: No it’s not that, It’s just… Doesn’t it bother you that I’m so fat?

Spike: This again? You use to be so self-confident before, why these questions all of a sudden?

Boyfriend: I just… I… Forget it. It’s nothing.

Spike: (Closes the water) Let’s go back to bed for a sec, I think we need to talk.
