Side Effects Guaranteed (SEG part 1)

**Apologies, I was meaning to re-upload this and the next picture a lot earlier, but I've had so many unexpected things happen that I really didn't get the chance to finish and post them until today. The old version of this sketch was so bad, I just had to try and clean it up a little. Hope it looks a bit better!

The sketch is about a big muscle guy at a gym who walks up to the cashier to comment about a product he just bought:


Cashier: Hey there, how can I help y... Oh sh** Marc! What happened to you!?

Marc: I bought one of your Growth Freak protein bars like 10 minutes ago, and since then (lifts up his belly with both arms and drops it onto the counter) I've gained about 200 lbs!

Cashier: What the f***! Has the weight gain stopped??

Marc: No not yet.

Cashier: Sh** man, I'll call you an ambulance right away!

Marc: Actually, I was wondering if I could buy some more bars for me and my buddies...
